Hey, I’m Jeremy, a San Diego-based RN with 15 years of nursing experience, including over a decade in the ER. These days, I work part-time in Pre-Op Services and full-time on my passion: helping nurses build generational wealth and achieve financial freedom.
In 2024, I became a Certified Financial Education Instructor to bridge the gap between healthcare and personal finance. I teach nurses how to take control of their money, how to save strategically, invest confidently, and grow long-term wealth.
My focus is helping nurses design a financial plan that allows them to cut back their hours without falling behind on early retirement goals. I was able to do it myself by going part-time while staying on track, and now I show others how they can do the same.
After reaching Coast FI, I made it my mission to help nurses escape the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle and build a life where work is truly optional.
My Philosophy
Despite earning strong salaries, many nurses still find themselves living paycheck to paycheck. It is not because they do not make enough, but because they lack financial literacy. Without a clear plan, money becomes a constant source of stress instead of a tool for freedom, flexibility, and long-term security.
In today’s changing healthcare landscape, I am on a mission to help nurses take control of their finances and reach work-optional status earlier than they ever thought possible. With clarity and the right strategy, it is entirely possible to reduce your hours, avoid burnout, and still stay on track for early retirement.
Financial education is often overlooked in healthcare, even though burnout is widespread. As a nurse who has experienced this firsthand and watched colleagues struggle, I created this course to change that. Written by a nurse for nurses, it is designed to help you save, invest, and build a life where part-time work is a choice, not a financial risk.
